Hey! I’m Teresa.  I am a Lieutenant in the Army stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina.  This website is a smorgasbord of writing about my life and my passions.  Turns out life is really beautiful, but also really hard, and this blog is my written record of and testimony to this gorgeous chaos as it appears from my perspective.  It is also a way for me to create and use my brain in a way that my job does not allow.

I have two black cats and one beautiful husband. I am passionate about the environment, endurance sports, plant based food, and coffee, usually in that order.  My current dream job is to go promote agroforestry as a Lush employee. I have very thick curly hair that falls out a lot, and sometimes in the car I gather a ball of shedded hair and toss it out the window because I think it would be great in a bird nest.  And that's basically all you need to know about me.
